Complaint Policy
1. General Provisions
This complaint policy governs the method and conditions of claiming defects in goods and services purchased at the MagicRoom wedding salon.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period for new goods is 24 months. For rented items, the condition of the item is checked upon handover and return as per the rental agreement.
3. Claim Procedure
Claims must be made in person at our salon or in writing via email. Please provide the proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
4. Resolution of Claims
We will evaluate your claim and inform you of the resolution within 30 days. Resolution may include repair, replacement, or a refund.
